You can now add custom Value Mapping when building templates in FlowMate.
Value Mapping extends current field mapping options by defining how specific values are transferred between systems, for example deal stages, statuses, or absence types. This is especially important when a field only accepts certain values.
Why this matters
Many integrations need more than just mapping fields. Different systems often use different values for the same concept. With Value Mapping, you can build templates that still allow users to adjust how values are mapped to fit their own setup.
How it works
When creating templates, you can decide how users configure value mappings:
Manual input - users enter the values they need
Dropdowns - users select from predefined options to avoid errors
Value Mapping is now available in the Integration Center and helps make integrations more flexible and reliable.
