# Key Elements of FlowMate

FlowMate is built around core elements that work together to create powerful integrations: **Connectors**, **Flows**, and **Templates**. 

Connectors define how FlowMate communicates with applications, flows represent the actual integrations your users run, and templates act as blueprints for creating those flows. Together, they form the structural backbone of the FlowMate platform and determine how data is moved, transformed, and automated across systems.
